These distinctive sashiko samplers have been stencilled using both traditional and contemporary designs. Following the lines of the printed design, stitches of sashiko thread define the image.
The cloth is then washed to reveal the design clear of the stencilled lines.
Enables you to create many unique colour and design variations which can be made into napkins, placemats or to create cushions, bags, quilts and garments.
