EdMar Ciré

Ciré (pronounced see-Ray) is a heavy 3 ply thread with 10.5 yards (10 meters) per skein. This thread differs from Lola (the other 3 ply heavy thread from EdMar) in that the twist is slightly looser. This gives a different look to the stitches you make.

Edmar rayon threads are spun from high quality materials and have a beautiful lustre, are colour-fast and can even be machine washed. They are primarily used in Brazilian style dimensional embroidery. However, their wonderful quality, colour, smoothness and sheen make them suitable for all types of hand embroidery.
