AIDA

Aida is a sturdy cotton fabric that has an even weave to it. It has larger visible holes which makes it easy to use because it has a clearer 'grid' to follow.  It has a firmer texture which means that it is easier to sew 'in hand', if you choose, rather than in a hoop or frame. Aida is suitable for all types of counted needlework.
